Refunds are initiated by you in the merchant dashboard and sent back to the customer’s wallet address. Because crypto payments are irreversible on-chain, we recommend defining a clear refund policy. We do not process chargebacks for crypto transactions.
Yes. To comply with global regulations, all merchants must submit basic KYC documents (business registration, beneficial-owner info). Higher transaction volumes or certain jurisdictions may require enhanced due diligence. Once approved, you can process unlimited transactions within your plan limits.
